Suck parking lot, Rude Management, Very Very Dirty place. Please do not even think to live here. I will move out as soon as my lease up. Worst pLace on the earth to live

Three months ago I'd have agreed with the rude management. Since that time a new property manager has arrived and he took care of the rudest member of the staff in my opinion. I find it interesting that this negative review came less than a day after someone posted a good review of the complex. Obviously the poster of this review has an axe to grind and can't be trusted. Parking is fine. Some of the tenants do tend to make things dirtier than they should be but I've noticed management is taking steps to clean up more often. For example I now hear vacuums in the hallway a couple of times a week. The complex is located right next to Marta and some great places to eat/shop. If you act respectable and like an adult you'll get along fine here. If you act as if you're entitled to the world and immature you'll probably find issues with any complex you decide to try. If you tend to equate having a roof over your head in a civilized nation with "the worst place on earth to live" you probably don't have much backing up any of your opinions. Been here just under two years now and never had an issue other than the rude office staff and they have all been replaced.

the parking does suck because the gate is always broken!
