It renewal time at UPtown......its hard for a person to just pick up and move. I know that there are discriminatory practices that are going on when it comes to renewals. One person who has lived a t the property was given $400 off the first month of his new lease when on the other hand a person who occupy a larger unit paying rent on time each month is offered nothing excepted a $25 carpet cleaning that is much not needed. (Its clearly BLACK & WHITE)
Many of the amenities that sold me on this property-they are gone...for example the TV that was located in the Clubroom. Stolen and never replaced.

Sort of makes sense to me that someone with a bigger apartment might not get a discount for renewal. Might also be their lease didn't go up this year so why get a discount?

Supply and demand...not all apartments are created equal. One apartment may be going like hot cakes and another not so well. So would you give a discount on one and not the other...if common sense prevails then yes!
