1. Make sure you read your lease 4 time and don't believe what they tell you! I was lied to on at least 2 occasions.
2. Bug infested! I have cockroaches, waterbugs, bugs with tons of long legs, tiny black bugs with pinchers, and spiders. I had company and a cockroach fell out of the vent in the ceiling. After asking a month for extermination (they came twice) I was greated every other day by cockroaches.
3. The staff always changes. Then when I had a problem with my lease none of the people who were there when I signed it were working anymore.
4. If they tell you ANYTHING have them put it in writing.
5. DSL is not available in my apartment even though I was told I would be able to get it.
6. GATE has only been working for a total of about 2 weeks during the 6 months I've been living here.
7. I'm moving elsewhere after only being here for 6 months.
8. My toilet overflows and I've been told just to plunge it before I use it...every time.
Please heed my warning an look somewhere else. Price is good but you get what you pay for.
