This place is far from luxury with its roach problem, extremely thin walls (or maybe I just had redicuosly loud neighbors), and the constant break downs of the air conditioner(in the summer) and heater (in the winter) as well as the main gate.

Not to mention those big beautiful windows in the living room let all the cold air from outside in, so prepare for a huge gas bill. The staff is rude and very incompetant so unless your asking them their names dont even bother trying to ask questions. Be sure to keep a copy of all documents you sign and all fees you pay because when it is time to move out they will conveniently lose documents for refundable fees paid. If you can deal directly with the property manager because the staff will tell any and everything just to get you to leave them alone and serioulsy know not of what they speak.

In summary go don't waste your time and money moving here. Go next door to the Gables. They are much nicer and actually worth the cost.
