I love the security and the gates always work, or they are fixed within 72 hours. At least once a month one of those furry centipede bugs scares the crap out of me, but what do you expect you are living in the wilderness. Although, the outside and landscaping is kept very nice, the apartments are old in the inside (especially the bathroom; there are cracks in the molding and you can tell where they tried to fix up the walls) and there is not really enough space to do much. I live in a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath and cannot wait to move at the end of my lease. My apartment is truly a "hot box!" The auto does not work on my heating/air unit so instead of shutting off when it reaches the right temperature it just keeps going... and going... and going. I'm getting sweaty just thinking about it. The leasing office people are very rude and the people who are running the office now are not the same people who were there when I signed my lease. The pools are nice and the exercise room is really, really nice. If you like everything except space and a modern apartment, this is the place for you.
