Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
1. The apartments are old, and you can tell that maintance tried to cover up the slanted walls and cracking tiles in the bathroom.
2. The office staff does change alot and can be rude at times.
3. Maintance is alright. Sometimes they use tape for a job that requires glue.
4. Parking is good
5. The front gate breaks often and it usually takes them over a week to fix it. The "secured" access doors of the building is nothing more than a magnet so they break often. After breaking a couple times at the begining of my lease the office staff pretty much say its not worth fixing.
6. The entire building shares the same hot water hearter so there is basically no hot water in the winter.
7. The walls are REALLY THIN to the extent that I can hear the guy on top of me coughing, walking around, and even going to the bathroom.
Other than that this is a nice place to live for younger people I would not recommend it to a family.
