I'm not sure where the person who wrote the last review is living, but the buildings do not have a "common" hot water heater (I called the office to verify). Maybe he/she needs to check the closets! I think the office staff is great here. They are always quick to handle my requests, and have never been rude. I know that several people in the office and maintenance have been here for over 2.5 years, because that's how long I've lived here! The price is very reasonable for this area, and my neighbors are great. I plan on staying here until I purchase a home. The gate is open during the day lately, but closed after the office is. There were problems with the gate, but it seems that it's under control now.
