Maintenance is horrible

The location and rent amount is great, but you get what you pay for. These apartments are over 40 years old and the management has not been diligent in keeping them up. Most apartments have floors that are warped, you'll walk up and down a hilly terrain in your own apartment. Also, the apartments are very drafty in the winter. Maintenance is slow, approaches things with a "band-aide" approach, or is just plain non-responsive. They do not hesitate to blame things on the tenants instead of taking responsibility for their poor maintenance job. It's more of a hassle than it is worth. I wouldn't recommend this place
