It is OK but has its Bad Sides

Been at Veranda for over a year. I am moving out for a few reasons. The apartments are nice but this niceness has some drawbacks. The huge sliding doors are great except when your gas bill gets there.
For a one bedroom I paid over $100 in gas in the winter months...heaters are not efficient the sliding doors let cold air in and the hot water is gone in 10-15 minutes of use! The maintenance response is poor and the repairs are awful. They do quick repairs that only hold for a small amount of time.
The office staff's attitude varies from time to time. I've had the pleasant sweet days and then the rude quick get of our face days. Then again the are constantly changing people so who knows what it will be like in a month.
