I've been reading all these comments about how people are upset about small things.... Bug problems' yea, about once every couple of weeks, I see these huge water bugs.... not roaches, apparently people here don't know the difference... we live beside a huge River!!!! Did you expect not to see bugs' Again, people used to living in concrete and not the outdoors, which this place is a outdoor haven admist the concrete Atlanta. And if you had listened when you actually signed the lease, you have the option of having someone spray once a week. The neighbors are completely laid back and the maintence is always there within the day you place a complaint or the next morning. There's a great nature trail too. I locked my keys in my car, and there was an after hours security guard who's always around who helped me get into my apartment to get my spare keys. The stairs are steep, which is kinda a hassle to move in and the re-paving that is going on right now is a pain, but i know it's because they are trying to improve, and to me, that's a good thing. This place is not a place for high-maintance city types, it's for people like me who like the outdoors and aren't afraid of enjoying the beauty of nature and everything that comes with it. Over all, it's definatly a place where a displaced country girl feels at home.
