New Management

I have NEVER had a bug problem and it is NOT a roach motel. Even if you see a bug, all you have to do is call the office-pest control comes out every week.
All the security doors work, and the grounds are kept nicely.
The apartments themselves are very attractive. Here's the negative: any noise in the outer hallways comes right in your livingroom; so if you live near kids or DOGS, know that. I wouldn't say the walls are particularly thin, BUT I would say the floors/ceilings are. The windows are SINGLE paned, even the large sliding doors, which, quite honestly creates mold around the edges sometimes. I have NO IDEA WHY any building with such large windows would be single paned. I think that is probably the stupidest thing about it all.
New management tries hard to please. I guess I'm glad I moved there. It's not bad for an apartment. I'd much rather have a house, of course. It's not that noisy (not in my building) and there aren't too many of those RUDE people that like to drive around with booming stereos, and there's not much in the way of kids or dogs running around outside making noise either.
So, all in all, if your accustomed to regular apartment living, I think you'll do just fine here, so long as you're not a heavy noise maker, or you'll get in trouble with courtesy. If you are the kind of person that MUST have COMPLETE quite all the time, then don't live here. Then again, don't live in any apartment for that matter.
