The Management staff and ownership company are complete jackasses. They are nice and pleasant when you visit and sign the lease but afterwards it's all about money. They won't ever waive a fee for anything and are quite uncaring about anybody but themselves. None of the lives there...how wacky is that' You can get in at a great price, but they will raise it dramarically on your 2nd and 3rd lease.
Do Not rent from these money hungry bastards!

I hate to have to point out the obvious, but they are a BUSINESS, right? They are there to make money, it's not a charity. Did you maybe pay your rent late, and now it's their fault that they won't waive your fees? That's the only fees that I can imagine you would ask to be waived....hmm....maybe you need to look in the mirror, whiner!
