These apartments might seem nice for the price, but I've had nothing but problems. The place is roach infested (dirty neighbors), a bunch of cars got broken into, the gates work inconsistently, the apartments are shoddily built (take a look in the utility closets!), and I've heard that certain buildings have problems with flooding.

There isn't anything luxurios about these "luxury" apartments. Look elsewhere!
