The best thing about this complex is the price. It is my main motivator for staying here. The staff are friendly and nice. Maintenance eventually gets completed adequately; however, has almost always taken me several requests for each thing that needed fixing. Until the last year I would have said that the apartments were reasonably quiet; however, I now have more noisey neighbors, and can definitely tell that the walls are thin (can hear TVs, voices). Of course this will depend on your neighbors. As far as bugs are concerned, I have had more since the new management took over. Before I had just a few a year, now it's more like a few a week. The gates really are almost always broken and hence propped open. Yes, they are repaired every now and then and stay that way for a week or two, but if I really wanted to get in without my pass, I have no doubt that I could at any time. The doors to my building at least has been in working condition almost constantly since they repaired it. Overall, I chose to stay for now because of the price, but there are many frustrating factors to consider as well.
