I like living here. Never had a problem with maintenance fixing things. The office staff is very friendly. Have had a palmetto bug or two, but pest control took care of it for me. They do nice things for the people who live here...on Valentine's Day the whole crew gave out breakfast at the gates as me and my roommate left for work. I would recommend this complex to anyone. The only drawback is the stairs outside my building, but I tell myself that's my excersise!
