Yea, real secure - gates are never in working order, in fact it's harder to get the gate to open in order to leave the property than it is for non-residents to enter the ever-open entrance gates. Secure access to buildings' yeah, problem is, my "secure" apartment was attempted to be broken into in the first month (along with the police chase that ensued in the neighborhood the same month). And what maintenance''' It took 4 months (with repeated calling once a week) to get my front door fixed from the almost-intrusion. Not to mention the many other things that have fallen apart - none of which have been fixed. It's a constant battle to get anything fixed with this management staff. Worst of all, they could care less. I've tried reaching the apartment manager on numerous occassions, but here I am expressing myself to you. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy - in sum, insulation is poor (hear everything from neighbors and I do mean everything), bug problem is horrible (resorted to getting my own exterminator on top of theirs), and management is quite possibly the worst I've ever encountered. STAY AWAY!
