My major complain is the letters that we recieved(not recently though) especially under the new management. Several times when I call that morning, as usual Kristina is not available, or has just stepped out. They have some late charges on there that i had to despute on several occasions. Who sayed that when you drop off the rent check by the 3rd you should prove you had money that day in your bank' so if it clears on the 4th or the 5th, it's considered late. My banker had to laugh at that since they asked me to prove i had funds available.(Fortunatley I had enough to cover atleast 6 months of rent inthe account)I am sure they were dissappointed too.I thought that was very unproffessional and never heard anything like this before. I like the Apts, the maintenance have been ok in responding to calls though they have been few. My only problem is the management and finances but honestly at this point, I'd rather pay a mortgage than rent. Waste of money, but an experience to learn from.
