Wow! It amazes me that people actually admit to being the losers that they are...you paid your rent late, so get mad at the apartments for it. SMART! I've lived at Veranda for 3 yrs, and have managed to pay my rent on time for the entire time. It's not hard...just be responsible!

I like my apartment, have had a repair request or two over the years, it is always repaired quickly. The price is the reason that I moved here originally.
