I read all the reviews before moving here and had my doubts, but decided to do it anyway. I've only been here a month and so far it has been ok. Yes, there have been mishaps, but that's apart life. My washer and dryer was installed a week late and my ice maker didn't work. Other than that there are no complaints. Yes, the security gates aren't very secure, but that's the same as living in a non-gated community which majority of communities in atlanta are not gated or the gates don't work. Take it from me I was a delivery driver. I think some peoples expectations are way above and beyond what an apartment complex should provide. The complex is clean, I've had nothing but good service since I first checked out the place in september. Again everything isn't perfect, but only if life in general was. I would recommend it if you're looking for something relatively inexpensive, and above average.
