Whenever you come in to rent an apartment the management is so nice and helpful. But once you have signed the Lease and are moved in you get to meet the dark side of the management team. Whenever you put in an order to have something fixed it takes a couple of times to get things accomplished. And do not try and pay your rent on the 3rd day of the month cause you will have to get a money order for rent, and also pay $150 late fee. The assistants in the managers office have a very negative attitude about things if you come in to complain about things. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANY ONE. I don't get me wrong they are very nice looking apartments, but all the BS you have to deal with it really is not worth it.As far as the parking there are more tenants than there are parking spots, if you want a decent parking spot close to your apartment you will have to pay for covered parking. You can find parking all day but after 7pm good luck you might have to park on the complete opposite end of the complex from where your apartment is located.And the security gates located at the front of the property are sometimes left open all night so anyone that wants can come and go as they want.
