Outdated appliances, energy inefficient, and thin textured walls. Dining room is a 70's throw back with wall to wall porn mirrors. The complex, in the 3 years I have been there, has gone up and down in it's quality of occupants. Seems to be no discrimintion by the Management in the caliber of tenants. Management team, since switch in Novemenber, is cold, unaccomodating and lacking in customer service and inter-personal skills. The Propoerty management seems uninterested in keeping tenants that are stable, low maintance. That would explian the high amount of turnover of renters. Gates are almost always broken and the drainage around the buildings is a joke. As a matter of fact, the drainage for the "landscaping" (and subsequent runnoff from the roof) dumps into the entrance pad for the building, surrendering loads of silt. Needless to say, the drain gets clogged and the entrance floods about 6 inches deep...WELCOME HOME! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I couldn't have said it better myself! I've been here for 4 years and have paid ovr 20k in rent. I had one occurence where my job switched my direct deposit account which caused an NSF. They were very unaccommodating, the manager basically hid and avoided my calls. I called corporate to speak to his manager and they didn't return my call either. I found that very unprofessional! It's almost as if they try to drain the good tennants and give the bad tennants great deals for 1 year. They have these gigantic cockroaches that you cannot git rid of and the whole place is so breezy in the winter it creates gas bills that are in excess of 200.00 for a 1 bedroom apt! The company they use for gas is the most expensive one out there. Stay away from this place! You are simply a check to this staff and they could care less about service or your well being!
