I have lived in veranda since 11/2006 and this is by far the worst place I ahve ever lived. I moved from out of state and was promised a walk in level apartment. When I drove the 1200 miles with two 29ft rider trucks only to find that because they are built into the hill what I got stuck with was walking down four flights of stairs and then having to walk back up another four flights. I have been waiting for 9 months for my referal bonus of $450 and even after contacting their corporate office have not recieved it. The maintenance team is completly incompitant as it took two weeks to fix my toilet handle, a $5 part that took me 2 minutes to swap out and replace myself. My vehicle was broken into even though this is suppose to be a "gated" community the gates are always down and even when they are up people can follow you in. These are by NO MEANS "Luxury Apartments" I think i could live in the ghetto and get a better place than this and for much cheaper. If you are looking to move here I would highly advise against it!!! don't take the chance!
