The rent is the cheapest we found in the whole Vinings area in terms of square feet. The office staff is friendly but, in terms of getting the maintenance crew to where they are supposed to be in a timely fashion, there is a problem. They are understaffed in the maintenance area... only 3 people for 450 or so apartments. We have called 7 times or so for various problems that are still not resolved. Luckily there have been no severe problems. Parking is not bad, place looks nice, good location, overall I give it B-, but you should really consider it if you are on a budget but want a place that looks presentable.
