The apartments are pretty big and spacious. I have a one bedroom. I don't deal with the staff that much, but when i did , Tina was very helpful. She's no longer there. They changed management. The rent is reasonable, but now my lease is ending and it's going up a little.
Parking is ok, there are a lot of hills, so you will get exercise. I love my on the balcony.
By the end of winter my gas bill was high..i think it was because of BUSH though. Light bill still good. The grounds are kept, trash is away from apartments, that's nice.
There are a lot of Dogs, but they keep quiet. The people are quiet, except for one couple who argued but they moved. This will probably be my second lease because the area is convenient. I would like a newer place but they are expensive considering the small square footage.
