Not too bad but...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
We have lived here for over 2.5 years and although it is a nice location and spacious 2bd 2bth for the price, the constant change of management has been an issue. Over this time we have changed management twice, each with its own policies. It seems that our privacy is always interrupted by consistent maintenance checks, spraying and remodels. We don't like strangers in our apartment plus, the current leasing office (ECI Management) fails to provide adequate notice for inspections or maintenance. In addition, noise from other apartments (extremely loud music from neighboring units) has never been addressed.
