Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
This place is now known as Columns at Akers Mill, these people are renovating but its not going to fix this place.
The management sucks I was just 1 day late in paying the rent they charge me $92.00 as the late fees.
The further disturbing part is I was vacating the apartment on 13th though they charge me 10% of the rent as late fees for a day late.
I lost my job and I am vacating this place and these guys want to take benifit out of everywhere.
