Just signed a lease for year number five. Excellent location in what I call "BuckySprings".
Quiet; small complex. Diverse neighborhood.
Nicely landscaped. New laundry facility.
Property and Laundry room kept clean by
cleaning crew. Manager of maintainence,
caring and efficient. Lives on the property.
Just check out Lexington Glen, Post Glen,Post Chastain, if you want to pay a lot more money and deal with the "dorm" scene. The complaints are MUCH worse. This complex is looking better by the moment, to me!
Swimming Pool, very nice, beautifully
cared for. Many very old trees in view.
