When I first moved into Versailles I thought I could step down to something that I was not used to because it is in a great location. However, I was totally wrong. The first week I moved there the closet doors came apart. I called the maintenance guy, who has been there since my great grandmother was born, and explained to him that this door keeps coming apart. The door is one of those sliding type doors that is like 60 years old. Anyway, he'll do his regular routine. Take it apart hit it a few times with a hammer and then put it back on track. Ten minutes later, it was off track again. Secondly, there was this huge problem with insects. Now, if you are a person like me that hates bug. Then please do not move into these apartments. The pest problem is out of control. I am a very very very clean person. But for some reason, ants, flys, and all other type of insects come from out of no where. The second year I moved into the apartment, I start seeing cracks developing in the ceiling. So maybe they were coming from there, who knows. Another problem is laundry room. The one bed room apartments do not have a washer/dryer or w/d hook up. So I have to go to the laundry room. Out of the entire complex theres only one laundry room which includes 6 washers and 6 dryers. So if you are going to wash your clothes please stay there to watch your clothes. I can't count how many times my clothes were removed from the washer and placed on the floor!!! Everything is totally old in the apartment!!

Within the last year, Versailles use to be a quiet apartment complex. Now, its a mess. Tenants play there music extremely loud kids are running around running their bikes into your car. It is just a mess.
I would not even recommand my dog to live at these apartment complex.
