Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
In all of my years of renting, never have I had to call for maintenance so often. Or pest control. It's a nightmare. The management is responsive, but the buildings are in the worst shape. You wouldn't know this from looking at them as you drive by. Don't be fooled. They have a BIG turnover of tenants here. Few people stay beyond two years. I'll be gone after one.
