Parking: Depending on the time of day you might get a parking space in front of your building. There were times I had to park at the opposite side of the complex. It was a pain in the ass. Plus, expect dings and scratches in your car.

Noise level: I had a neighbor who would play his music way too loud in the middle of the night. I complained no less than 5 times to mgt. and Annette never did anything except leave him a letter, which made him mad as hell at me. Also, the complex next door will have parties you can hear until 3am.

Safety: I'm a big guy who is always armed, so I felt safe regardless, but I never let my girlfriend or female friends leave alone. I also heard a few shots during the night.

Staff: Always nice to me, knew my name. Nothing special. Responsiveness was iffy.

Misc: If you live here, expect to not leave your apt. between 4 and 7pm M-F. Traffic is HORRIBLE on this area of Roswell Rd. And during the Chastain Summer shows, forget about leaving that night. If you're bleeding to death just wrap a towel around the cut because you won't be going anywhere for a few hours.

Final: Keep searching. You can find better. If you MUST live in this area, it's not a horrible place. I had one really cool Mexican neighbor who would bring me authentic Mexican food. He and his wife were the only things that rocked about this place.
