I moved into the Versailles Apartments about 7 months ago with a friend of mine and so far my experience has been great. I love the location because it is in between my work and school, plus there are so many restaurants and businesses close by so you never need to worry about driving far to get groceries or whatnot. There is a huge cultural diversity within the complex which I like because everyone is friendly. The pool is kept clean during the summer and maintenance does a good job at fixing little problems. When I first moved in, the hot water on our sink didn't work and they fixed it almost immediately. Daniel, the property manager, is friendly and is always around during the week. There was a bug problem but as soon as our dirty neighbors moved out it stopped. This place is also pet friendly although you have to pay a hefty pet deposit. We occasionally have police come through and there have been a few incidents where people have been robbed or other unmentionable things, but overall it's a welcoming facility and I would recommend it to everyone.
