I love victoria heights. I have never had any problems living here. Quiet, friendly community. Nice condos. But here's a note of caution:
I was renting from an owner last year, and she was foreclosed. I had less than a month to move. She took the last month of rent and sent me the notice of foreclosure the day after she cashed it. I never saw my deposit back, and barely had enough money to move. Just something to think about in these hard economic times.
Other than that, I would say yes to living here. Oh, and there is no onsight office or maintenence staff. It's an inconvenience to call your owner and ask for something to be fixed when he/she lives in California or Florida.
