Where to begin... The place looks really nice. Great Gym, pool, insides are brand new with hardwoods and stainless steel. But once you move in you will see. The gates are always broken. Either they are wide open letting everyone in or they are closed and won't let you out! I have been stuck at the gate at least 5 times in the last month that it wouldnt let me out.
People wander the parking lots and hang out in their cars. My car was robbed 6 monthes after I moved in. I am pretty sure that this has happened to multiple people as I have seen lots of windows with bags taped over them. The police have started patroling the lots on a regular basis.
The walls are super thin! I hope you like your neighbors because you can hear everything they do and I mean everything!
The management company that the condo association hired has a real jerk working in it. He wont help you unless you own a unit and then trys to refer everyone who isnt an owner away. I guess the owners hire him so who is he to care about renters.
When we moved in we have at least 15 things wrong with the apartment. The only fixed out air and left everything else unfixed. We asked multiple times and then just gave up on getting them fixed.
Our landlord is great but everything else is a nightmare. I am moving out in a month and cant wait to feel safe walking into my house. This place is deceiving, please keep these things in mind before you move in.

I moved into these condos at the beginning of '07 and really didn't have any problems with my unit. I decided to stay in these condos another year because the 1st year went pretty smoothly, but i'm finding out that things were great because I was on the upper level.
Since I've moved to a 3/BR in a downstairs condo, I realize how thin the walls are. I can hear the people upstairs take a shower in the morning, and every time they flust the toilet, It soinds like a river is flowing through the walls.
Also, since the leasing office has now moved to florida, paying rent is now a hassel. Also, It has become increasingly difficult to get responses from the leasing staff when called or emailed. I had to wait for almost 2 weeks for the garbage disposal and dishwasher to be fixed, that were broken when I moved in. I don't think there is an on property maintenance staff anymore.
Like this person stated, the gates were broken for at least 8 months. And, at one time police did frequent the complex, but I haven't actually seen much of them in the past 2 months.
All and all, I still think that it is quiet, and I feel safe, but a little pricey for the quality.
