Not worth the Money

This complex isn't worth your time. Its basically a newer version of University Homes(which is right across the street) and if your not familiar with University Homes lets just say its "government housing". From the totally incompetant leasing staff, to the horrible maintenance staff, the 1200.00 a month I was paying for a two bedroom loft was a rip off. The children from the complexes across the street come over to the pool to swim, break into cars (my friends cell phone was stolen out of his car) and to reek havoc all over the neighborhood(the police are constantly in the complex). The noise is un-real. The gate is always broken and currently its hanging on for dear life because it is so rusted it broke in two places. From the police car chases, the frequent domestic disputes and the bums at the corner gas station these apartments need to be totally converted to government housing so that hardworking citizens like myself don't waste their time and money here. Do not waste your time and don't beleive the hype.
