I understand that these apartments may seem appealing to AUC students, and their parents, but the price of the apartments are not worth it to get the wishy-washy service. You could pay the same amount or less, to live in an equally or better apartment in Buckhead or midtown. As for the staff, well you have to catch them on a good day to get good service, and although they may smile and appear willing to help, messages are often left undeleivered, faxes go missing and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
I don't know if it's the case here, but I know for a fact that some apartment properties write their own positive reviews on this site....that's just sad.
Maintenance is on point with their service though, and yes that Brian guy is kinda cute.
