Village at Castleberry Hill

 

I lived in Castleberry for two years and for the last year, I had nothing but bad experiences.

Here they are: The gates at the apartment did not work for a whole year, and to my knowledge they still don't.

The lights surrounding the majority of the buildings and parking lot do not work.

Because it is so dark, there is a huge rat problem.

There was one point where every time I left my house at night, I was guaranteed to see a rat.

My car was stolen, and the leasing office never let me review the surveillance camera, even though they told me I could.

My apartment was roach infested.

My dryer was broken and management did not come out to fix it for a whole month.

The property grounds are filthy.

I could go on and on but I think you get the point...
