I don't know why the other people were complaining about. My roommate and I have lived here for two years and we like it because it is so close to school. The people who are upset about things want this area to be the way it was in the past. It is clean here and relatively quiet. We live in the 2br where bedrooms are on the opposite side. We like it. It might be a little pricey but we are close to school so we can't complain. They have been pretty helpful in the office to me. If you pay your rent on time I bet they won't have a problem then. The ones who are complaining are likely those not paying on time. The only improvement is I would suggest more activities for the residents.

I am NOT a student, but a full-time employee, so what are you saying?...I've always paid my rent on time, just keep on living, you are stuck in school and don't know any better. duh??

I agree with J Jackson. I too am a full time employee, been to school done that!...pay my rent on time..Call a spade a spade!!!!! The crime is awful!!!!! You all must not been victims....YET!!!! Do not move there!!!!!!!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!
