Castleberry is horrible. The staff is completely disrespectful, unproffessional and deceitful. They have no sense of what it takes to run a proficient housing establishment and are incompetent when it comes to rules and policies. There are these huge house centipedes infesting the apartments. The pool is rarely ever open, clean and operable. The maintenace is ridiculous. They never come in a timely manner and are extremely suspicious. The walls were built with nails, that are now coming out and maintenace do not have the skill to fix correctly. The management does not care about the tenants and many times does what it takes to get the most money out of them. The Village at Castleberry Hill provides the worst service and establishment I have ever been a part of.
