This is a horrible place to live.. I have had so many problems while living here and it is ridiculous. When I first moved in about 4 weeks after there was a rat in my apt. The rat was in my apt for a whole week bc maintenance would not come to my apt. Maintenance is horrible. When something needs to be fixed in the apt they never come to fix it. My washer and dryer has been broke for a long time... not only that but my refrigerator was broke for a long time which caused me to eat out everynight they finally came after after a month i went to the office at least 8 times to complain about my refigerator. Not only that but to top it off my apt was broken into and the staff didnt even care. The staff doesnt care about anything and the one manager is very rude. I would highly not recommend n e one to move into castlberry. I thought it would be a nice and convienient place to live since I am a student but it is not a safe place to live. The gate is always broken it probably has been broken for 5 months since ive lived there and when they do fix it... the gate would work for 1 day or couple ours and it would be broken again and they would just leave it broken forever. The staff there is horrible and for anyone inquiring about moving into castleberry i would advise you not to even think about considering moving into castleberry.
