Let's see where to begin . My roomate and I took this place into consieration because we are students and it is close to the clark and georgia state area. Well for the headache I wouldve rather lived a lot farther . Anyways the management and staff here are HORRIBLE except for the elderly lady that works there( forgive me I dont know her name) she is the only person that exactly has any concern for the tenants. I shouldve known when a friend of mine who lived 4 hours away was told they would live there and so when the time came close the leasing office stated they forgot to write it down and accidently rented there room to someone else , even though they had paid a security deposit( and also my friend had 2 call them to find this out). But lets see problems i have had I was told the gate that remains open 24/7 in the "gated community" was to fixed in Sept 2008 and it is now May 2009 and the gate is stil broken . My ac unit did not work properly for the longest and when they FINALLY sent a tech to come look @ it , he simply did just that LOOKED @ IT, and said," I mean what I am supposed to do, I guess its a building structure problem and left." Also in our 3 bdrm I believe our unit is not energy efficient because we have extremely high electric bills when were barely even there and do not even use the A.C. Managments respose to that was "well I dont know what to tell you " and when I had Ga power to come out and inspect our unit they even said that our unit was not efficient and the leasing office still did nothing about it. Also the train is extremly loud but I 've grown to adjust and the wild and extremely loud kids are a bit much( but they are kids so what do u expect). Im writing so much because I do not want to come on this site and simply say DO NOT MOVE HERE but i would like to give valid reasons why . Also the grounds could be kept up better because honeslty I get really tired of coming home and seing trash alllll over the place,not being able to get a good night's rest becasue of all of the constant noise, questinable people, and the units them selves could look a lot better if they could just be pressure washed. Also I live on the top floor but i feel like I live below people becasue the slamming doors below me feel like its above me and I can definelty here it too well (weird i know) and also the pool was this green moldly color for the longest( even though its swimming weather).And lastly I could say more but Im tired of writing and I cant wait unitl July when I can finally be released from this misery . And I guess the one good thing I can say about this place is that the rooms are a decent size and I haven't really had a pest problem.. but thers nothing more on the positive side that I can say without lieing.
