The apartments are really nice, but the surrounding neighborhood is bad to say the least. Kind of pricey, but you are almost in walking distance of both a grocery store and 285 and Langford pkwy (can't beat that). Although I never was never victimized, other residents and I had to meet (since Sylvia didn't care about our issues) and create a neighborhood watch system because of the numerous break-ins on the property. I encountered some problems at the gate regarding tailgating and the staff dismissed my concerns. Tao is kind, but Sylvia the manager is pure evil, rude, dismissive, and uncooperative. So, if you want a very nice, Marta accessible apartment in the hood, with a staff manager who will talk to you like a child then yes stay here. Respect and safety are priceless to me though...I didn't renew my lease.
