Good: Great price for in-town living--Literally minutes from everything downtown. I love it!

Bad: Neighborhood children, car break-ins at least twice a month that are NEVER addressed, police/fire personnel take about 30-40 minutes to respond to emergencies and cannot get inside the gate.

I lived here for several years on the top-level unit. I would suggest top level, because tenants complain that noise travels below easily. Also, lower tenants complain about children running up and down the stairs right outside the unit--saying "when children run up and down the stairs, it feels like their bedroom walls will cave in."

My biggest complaint is the management. The complex changes management every 4 months. This is bad business, b/c you cannot build any rapport this way. So, when I have maintenance concerns, I have to report them at least 3 times; and by that time, either the management or maintenance staff changes??who know nothing about my reports. I then have to start all over again.

As for maintenance, when I moved in--there were two maintenance guys. Three or so years later, there are three maintenance guys, who are slow.

Security??almost non-existent. The perimeter gates are always open because they are always broken. Don??t let the complex fool you into thinking there is real security!
