I had the most beautifull experience while trying to get my new place. My name is Ozella Thomas and I now live at The Villages at Carver. My experience was a very positive one. I came into the office and asked to speak to Temple. She was referred to me by a co-worker. At the time, I was going through a domestic violence situation at home. I needed a place immediately, so I told Temple of my problem. She reassured me that she would take good care of me. She treated me with the utmost respect and handled every aspect of the application process with much professionalism. In less, than one week, my file was appoved and as of 11/03/06 I now have a SAFE place of my own.

I needed to tell someone just how I was treated, the good things often go unsaid.
Temple went beyond her job to calm my fears,
and even had words of encouragement when I broke down and cried because of my situation.
What impressed me the most is the hands on way the office responds to every call. I had a chance to witness just how some of the problems were handled when "angry" people came into the office. The responses were firm and courteous at the same time. People left with a better understanding and different attitudes. From the manager to the assistant manager to the entire staff it was a pleasure to know that any problem that I may have in the future will be handled the same way.

Being over 50, I've lived some places and seen somethings. But, I know that the right staff is in place. And I'm am proud to be a resident here at The Villages at Carver.

Loving my new home,

Ozella Thomas #715

I welcome you as a neighbor. I hope your stay is not like the many of us who have been here for years. You will have so many things to look forward to becoming.. a nobody. Within the past year Management is never at the property, and when she is actually there, she does not want to take your call. So I guess you are one of the lucky ones who got to actual speak with her. What does she look like? Their staff doesn't work there long and the currently employees, especially the lady who sits (yeah she only sits) at the front desk is rude and fake no matter how nice you are. I hope your apartment doens't need any repairs because they will not do it. I called in a repair years ago and I'm still waiting. And you better get use to not having any security patrol, broken gates or gym equipment. Well the apartment community is beautiful but the service is awful especially to the current residence who are the ones who make and represents the villages at carver. Oh i must remind you the residence who live here now didn't sign their lease with the current employees at the leasing office so it's a shame that we don't have the smiling, helpful, understanding, and genuine people that made us happy to be a part of and refer the villages of carver. Again I welcome you as a neighbor.
