I have been living there for 1year and 6 months and these past 5months has been a livin hell with those women in that office. I had lost my Job in August and went to the office to let them know that I was going to be late paying my rent for the month of September. The Manager was like oh well, then when I found a job my 1st check wasn`t enough to pay the rent so Bobbitt work with me until I caught up so I wouldn`t have to pay a warrant fee I was called in the office by Temple and the Manager and was told that Bobbit don`t run anything here and she can`t authorize for anyone to make payment arrangement then file an eviction warrant on me after my rent was paid up.And you have until the 5th of the month to pay your rent before it is concider late. I get off work at 6pm there is noway I could have made it to the office before the close but the money order had the 5th on it,the had maintance to put it back in my door while I was at work.I ask now what if someone took my money out the door they said oh well that seems to be their favorite word in the office. They are some Hartless,Spinless,Gutless women I hate I renewed my lease and Maintance just comes in your Apt. when they want.

WoooW!!! This could not be the same staff that I encountered on Saturday. I came out to the Villages at Carver on 02/09/08 in
search of a 2 bedroom. I was immediatlely greeted by the same
Temple you speak of. She knows everything about the property and
even the new homes that will be built. The manager who introduced
herself as Sonya was also in the office helping a young couple. The smell of the office was just as pleasant as my visit. Although it was busy, Temple took the time to explain to me the difference in the programs offered and took me on a tour of the new apartments.
I hope anyone who reads any of these reviews take the time to go and
see for yourself how beautiful the new apartments are. I was very
impressed, and believe me that is not an easy task. The maintenance
even works on Saturday, that blew me away when a tall gray haired man
came in.
My experience with Temple was so informative and professional, I went
and got my deposit. The way the new apartments looked in what she called Phase V didn't hurt either.
It would be a crying shame if anyone thought that getting rid of Temple would be in the best interest of the company that owns these apartments. The staff that was working Saturday was warm, friendly and did a wonderful job. I am proud to call The Villages at Carver my new
home.

To S. Elliot, just wait until you move in and Temple is going to be a completely different person, she is as nice as she wants to be when you are in the move-in process, but wait until you move in and have a problem, this lady is a straight b*t*h.

I am a former tenant of The Villages at Carver. The comments made here are absolutely true. I lived there from 2002-2003 and it is so sad that in 2008 the same problems exist. My husband and I paid our rent on time every month and stayed out of everyone's business and way. The thanks we received was an abandonment charge placed on our credit report. Because management changed so much they lost our letter informing them that we would not be renewing our lease. When we tried to straighten this mess out we got nothing but the run around. If I had the ability to redo something in my life I must say that living at 201 Moury Ave. would never happen.
