I have lived here for about two years and I like my apartment, however the office staff needs to be fired(Temple needs to be the first to go),they need new mantinence staff that actually knows how to fix things, and they also need to get some real courtesy officers(you might see them one day and then don't see them for a month). I have been here almost two years and my name and number is still no in the call box at the front gate, I have to get up and go let my guests in the gate, I have called about this so many times until I just got tired and said ---- it. The only reason I renewed my lease is b/c the community is near my job. My car has been broken into, half of the people in my building don't work and are always sitting on the stairs in your way, you can't even bring groceries in your apartment w/o having to ASK someone to move. It really does no good to call the office for anything(damn show does no good to talk to Temple). They put up a good front for new residents, but wait until you actually move in and they don't give a ---- about you. I am always nice and polite when I call about anything, but I get attitude and rudeness in return. I would only recommend you move here if they do a complete overhaul of the ENTIRE staff. Whoever the owner of this property is really needs to do something about the staff here, they are TERRIBLE, I know you can't blame the office for crime b/c that is going to happen anywhere, these people are just rude and ghetto(Temple talks all proper and try to be cute but she is a rude and ghetto -----). The outside lights are not working more than they are working(in my part of the community)
