I have lived in the Villages at Carver for two years now, and I admit that initially I experienced issues with management and maintanence things finally started to get better. I have to say that security is on top of there game I know because they have been on point with disbursing crowds (college students party got out of hand) and checking to make sure that people have business in the community. The office staff can be replaced, so please don't let that discourage anyone from living in this quiet and growing community. This community is a beautiful and booming place to live and we need people that will stand up in their neighborhood and keep it clean,safe, and drug free.
