I have read all reviews and responses to the reviews. I did currently visited the Villages at Carver. Like most say if you judge these apartments on its view you would be happy to be even consider the option to move here whether its the ammenties, the schools locations, and having a YMCA on the community property. Whether, if you recieve Section 8, pay market rate, or even the tax free credit you and everyone else in your community deserves a sense of safety. I did grow up in this area as a child across the street from Carver Homes was Bowen Circle, Joyland and Lakewood, the area pretty much looks the same the liquor store is still area the gas station. Pretty much the area is still in development. But we also has to be responsible for ourselves, what type of company you keep, do you report activity that bothers you, do you see stuff and do not report it. Its many ways we can beome apart of the solution. I see you can be annoymous; why not send a certified letter to mangement office of your problem or complaint. YOU GUYS the OFFICE MANGEMENT HAVE BOSSES GO TO THE BLUE PAGES CALL THE HUD 1-800 NUMBER, CALL ATLANTA HOUSING ASK FOR RENEE GLOVER. Trust me they want to know what's going on in your community. We have to be heard. Call IMS regional office. As they say go outside the box. The Villages at Carver is a remarkable community after all thats how they are marketing it. The President of the United States vistied your community, I know they was trying to dot their i's and make sure all the t's was cross when THE PRESIDENT visited just make them keep up that type of work everyday. Don't be afraid to show tough love to your kids. Thanks for your time and interest write a review and let me know if any progress.

b*tch fck that president. bad service is bad service. i only had a problem wit a smart mouth leasing agent named ----- but it was also the friendly and approachable Mrs. Davenport. With this complex, its all about talking to the right person, but the only issues i had was with the maintenance (certain guys like goldmouth) and one smart mouth cheap benz coupe driving beyatch. you're dismissed.

Hopefully, you are using that term ----- in generally and not towards me. And I have just arrived it will take more than you and your mouth to dismiss ME. Cause I Have A BIG EGO. Futhermore, Villages at Carver is some -------- and I suggest anyone considering moving there to do their homework on the community, schools, especially the concerns for the gates.

i am thinking about moving to the village of carver and i have read everybody review and i now i have mix feeling about moving in here so is the anyone that can give me some good feed back on the apartment please all i see and read is bad review about this place
