Management Staff Incompetence

June,2008 we moved into the Villages at Carver. The appearance of the property was good. However we've had reoccurring maintenance problems since day one. The item has not been replaced maintenance keeps coming in to allegedly FIX the problem. We have lost money in buying groceries to place that that has been ruined. One would think if you paid your rent on time that it wouldn't be a problem getting those things that needed to repaired or replaced done. It's almost been a year and the same problem is still occurring. You go figure. If you want to live comfortably DO NOT MOVE HERE.
