These apartments might look good from the outside, but in the inside sure the interior looks like your standard new upgrades, oak cabinets, blk appliances u have ants issues in the summer,you have a huge water bill like 80.00 added on to your rent each month. they divide among each resdient. soo at end of my lease i'm out.

Water bills are indiviually metered and residents are individually charged for what they use each month just like the electric. The City of Atlanta has a very high water rate of which we are not responsible for nor can we control. Each resident however can control their water bill by conserving and not wasting water.

Yeah right, this is the bull they tell you. How can they be individually metered when no one has ever come by to read the meter.

The City of Atlanta is not raising the water bill rates like the VOB property is. Although the City rate is high there is no way in hell the water bill for an apartment should be the same as one would pay at a single family dwelling. I have been here long enough to know how the billing works and I know for a fact the least amount of water I use the higher my bill is when it should be just the opposite! Tenants are not being properly billed for usage. People in 3 bedroom units pay less than people in 1 bedroom units... explain that. No one wants to answer any complaints. The tenants are paying for the watering of the greenery, the pool, the fountain at the pool and probably the managers residence. Tell the truth...Be honest with the tenants. I was told how it works from Norsouth Properties. Besides it's no longer safe to live here the socalled courtesy officer was scared of everyone, the gates stay broken.. It's the Projects of Browns Mill!! It used to be Heaven to live here until all the Jonesboro South moved in and took over and don't respect the property nor other residents. I can't even park my car near my building when I get home from work.. I guess cause no one else works.
