I'm a fairly new resident. I moved from an apartment complex nearby that had very poor maintanance, drug houses in every building and shoot outs every week so I feel blessed to be here. I have not experienced any problems. The office staff was extremely nice and I am so in love with my apartment. You have to be aware that crimes happen everywhere,which is why we have things like car and home alarms, renter and vehicle insurance.You have to be prepared for the unexpected. You can't blam management for criminal actions. I am a recepient of the"housing choice voucher" formally known as section 8 and have been for eight years now and I plan to take care of my community and my home.
